90-day returns
If you are not happy with your order, we offer 90-day returns, counted from the day you received it.
How it works
- Write to info@seraventi.com and give us your order number.
- We send you the return address and everything else you need.
- As soon as your return reaches us, we refund the purchase.
Refund
We refund to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can then take a few days before the money shows up in your account.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Our 90-day returns come on top of your statutory rights. As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
If something is broken or wrong
Write to us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out. Consumers in the EU have a two-year statutory guarantee.
