Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you shop at Seraventi. By completing an order you accept them.

The contract

Your order is an offer. The purchase becomes binding once we send you the order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable we tell you and refund the amount.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Currency and available payment methods depend on the country you order from and are shown at checkout. Payment runs through an encrypted checkout and we never see your full payment details.

Delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are under Shipping & delivery.

Returns and withdrawal

We offer 180-day returns. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is unaffected by that. Details are under Returns.

Guarantee

Consumers in the EU have a two-year statutory guarantee from the day they receive the goods.

We handle your data under the GDPR. More about that in our privacy policy.

If we cannot agree

Come to us first — most things are settled in an email. If we get stuck, you can turn to the consumer advice service or dispute body in your country.
