Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

We ship your order the next working day with tracking. Within the EU delivery normally takes 2–4 working days. To countries outside the EU it can take longer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way you get the tracking link by email. If it has not arrived after three working days, write to info@seraventi.com with your order number.

Delivery address

Please check your address before you place the order. While the parcel is still with us we can change it — just write as soon as you can.

Customs and import

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs or import charges, which are paid by the recipient.
